Request Test Results
To request a copy of results from a recent blood test or xray/scan please fill in the form below and submit it. Your results will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 working days for us to process your request.
An approximate timeframe for results to be received at the surgery is as follows:
Routine Blood Test - 7 to 10 days
X-ray - 2-4 weeks
Scan - 2-4 weeks
Please note that patients over the age of 18 must request their own results.
