Out-of-Hours Winter Respiratory Clinics
This winter, we are offering additional out-of-hours clinics dedicated specifically to acute respiratory conditions. Each week, a 2-hour clinic will run between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, with appointments released on the day.
These appointments are designed for new, short-term respiratory illnesses, such as:
Sore throat
Fever
Cough
Congestion
Breathlessness
Other sudden respiratory symptoms
Please note that these clinics are not for routine or long-term health matters. To ensure we can support as many patients as possible, it is not possible to request a specific doctor; the clinic will be staffed by the duty doctor available that day.

RSV Vaccine
The HSE has announced additional RSV Immunisation Clinics in response to the anticipated rise in RSV infections this winter and increased demand from parents.
In summary :
Additional RSV Immunisation Clinics will run 17 November to 12 December 2025 for babies born from 1 March to 31 August 2025.
All babies born 1 March to 31 August 2025 are eligible to book
Parents can book appointments from Tuesday, 11 November here.
RSV infection can cause serious illness and hospitalisation in infants. Immunisation significantly reduces RSV-related illness and helps safeguard paediatric services during busy winter months

Our Online Booking system is available for our patients to book an appointment with one of our doctors or nurses. Download the Pippo app from the app store. Select Kingsford Medical from search menu and complete the registration process. You will receive a text when your registration is complete and you can then start booking your appointments in your Pippo app.
Please note this service is ONLY FOR EXISTING PATIENTS, and we are currently not taking on any new patients.
You can still call the surgery in the usual way to make an appointment if you prefer. Please note that same day appointments do not show on the online booking system so if you need an appointment urgently please call us on 01-5676300
dedicated womens health appointments - including menopause & hrt
Our Doctors offer individualised menopause consultations, targeted to the specific needs of each woman. These appointments are 30 minutes long and cost €140. When making your appointment please advise reception, so they can book you in with the appropriate doctor for the correct appointment duration.
